A full price quotation is always given prior to commencement of technical service.

A cut and finish or blow dry must be added to every technical service appointment in order to ensure complete satisfaction with the result.

It is strongly recommended that a skin test be carried out at least 48 hours prior to the application of any chemical treatment.
